Because we grow our microgreens indoors it had the added benefit that we could provide our kids with pesticide and herbicide-free veg.

What are microgreens
Microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables and herbs ready for harvesting in less than 14-21 days after germination.
Don't confuse microgreens with sprouts. Sprouts are seeds that have just been soaked in water long enough to germinate.
